Thank you for sharing the raw wisdom and love that Mom put into raising you and your siblings. Even though she is no longer with us physically, her legacy continues, and I cannot stress how important this advice is for parents. Praying for Mom’s continued intercession for all parents and families struggling to live a holy, Catholic life in this world so full of distraction and darkness. God is good and loves us. Parenting with Faith, Hope and Charity and learning to love sacrifice (also per Mom’s advice) is the fast route to holiness…searching out and doing small acts of kindness with great, selfless love in true humility.
